Oktoberfest Weekend
Hello again!
I hope you have all had a wonderful week so far. Our weekend is fast approaching. We sure hope you have all marked your calenders for our Oktoberfest weekend we have planned.
Attached to this email you will find our October calender. Please print it off and tape it to the fridge. It is in .jpg format so everyone should be able to download with ease
Rob and crew are at the Lodge cooking up a storm right now. THANKS! Our kitchen is ran by volunteers. We need more!! If you like to cook or just would like to get out of the house for a few hours let us know. We can always use help. It is our Lodge and it can not run efficiently without our members pulling together. A night cooking in the kitchen can be loads of fun. Just grab a crew (some good friends) and help us out, you will have fun and it will be for the benefit of your Lodge.
Unfortunately, at this time, there is NOT a kids Halloween party scheduled. If you or anyone you know (members, of course) are willing to take on the responsibility, we would LOVE to hear from you. We are just an email or phone call away . VOLUNTEERS NEEDED...
Here is an interesting fact that has been blowing up my facebook page lately...
There are 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays and 5 Sundays this month. This only happens once every 843 years. So it is safe to say it will NEVER happen again in our life times.
Why not take advantage of that and spend an extra Friday, Saturday or Sunday with us this month
Here is a reminder of Lodge Happenings this weekend at the "happiest place in town"
Friday
*Fish Fry 5-8
*Beer (water) Pong
*MISTAKEN BAND 8-12
Saturday
*Dart Tournament

Reminder:
We are now open at 11:00am Monday thru Saturday
Stop in and have some lunch. Ask the bartender for a menu-she will gladly cook you up something with a smile on her face Nice, quiet, friendly, and smoke free enviroment.
CHALLENGE TO BELLEVILLE MEMBERS!!!
Can we out number the other Lodges present in social quarters this weekend??
I KNOW WE CAN. Hope to see you at the "happiest place in town"
Lots of activities planned this weekend that are not mentioned. So stop and see what's happening. Chocolate fountain, carnations etc...
The only way to know what you would have missed...is to show up and experience it
